Connect your bank with Stripe
Stripe asks for your details once, on its own pages. If your shop already takes cards through Stripe, connect that account.

Put your link in your bio, or send one
Clients tap your deposit page's link and pick their artist. For one client and one appointment, send a deposit link with the amount and a note already on it. Text it from your phone.

Your client pays, and you both get the record
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on their phone. They get a receipt by email. You get an email, and the deposit is in your dashboard.
Your clients agree to your deposit policy when they pay, and you keep the record.
Set your policy once, in your own words or ours. Every client ticks it before they pay, and the deposit keeps the exact words and when they agreed. If a no-show disputes the charge, that record is what you send Stripe.
Every artist gets their own link, and their own deposit amount if you set one.

Stripe's card processing, usually 2.9% + 30¢, comes out of your payout the way it does on any card you run; on a $100 deposit, $96.68 lands in your Stripe account.
You can pay the $3.99 yourself instead, and your client pays exactly the deposit; $92.81 lands on a $100 deposit.
