How it works
- 1
Find your shop
Pick your shop from Google and give us your email. Your website is drafted the moment you sign up, from your listing and what you have set up.
- 2
Pick a look
Each look comes in 4 colors, dark or light, and your own shop is drawn in every one, so you choose with your name on it.
- 3
Press Publish
Nothing is public until you press it. Then your website is live at yourshop.websites.tattoo, and it keeps itself current: new posts, new reviews, your hours.
Your own domain
Already have yourshop.com? Add 2 lines where you bought it. We watch for them, connect it, and take care of the security certificate.
Your own domain comes with Starter, the plan that takes the banner off.
What it costs.
Your website is free at yourshop.websites.tattoo with a websites.tattoo banner at the top. $50 a year takes the banner off, connects your own domain, and includes unlimited waivers, your L.tattoo page and 1,000 emails a month.
Straight answers
Do I have to write anything?
No. Your name, address and reviews come from your Google listing, your work from your Instagram, and your artists, hours and booking page from your dashboard. You pick a look and press Publish.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with Starter, the plan that takes the banner off. You add 2 lines where you bought your domain, and we connect it and take care of the certificate. Until then, your website is at yourshop.websites.tattoo.
What about photos?
Your newest Instagram posts fill your Work page by themselves. You add a photo for the front page and one for each artist, and up to 12 photos of your work if there is no Instagram to show.
Will it show up on Google?
It’s built to. Every page has its own title, its own description and the details Google reads about a shop, matched to your Google listing, with your hours, your reviews and your next opening on the page. Nobody can promise you the top spot, and we don’t.
Can I change the look later?
Any time. Switch looks and your colors, your photos and the pages you show come with you, and your website changes when you press Publish again.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it, or point its domain here with Starter, the plan that takes the banner off. Your website here stays a draft until you press Publish, so nothing goes up under your shop’s name until you say so.
