Every booth at your tattoo convention gets its own QR code.
Each booth’s code opens your waiver form with its artist already on it. Clients sign on their own phones, every artist’s signed forms are kept and downloaded by artist, and the records your state’s rule has you keep are kept for you.
How it works
- 1
We set up your show
Your show gets its own page, with your dates and your state’s questions on the form. Paste your artist list into your dashboard, or upload the spreadsheet you already keep, and every booth gets its own QR code to print.
- 2
Clients sign at the booth
A client scans the booth’s code, finds its artist already on the form, and signs on their own phone. One more code at the door covers anyone who signs before they reach a booth: they type the artist’s name, and a name that isn’t on your list goes on the record as typed.
- 3
Every record kept, by artist
Your show holds every record, and each shop gets its own. Find any artist’s waivers in your dashboard, and download one artist’s signed waivers or every artist’s in a zip with a spreadsheet. They stay there for as long as your state’s rule has you keep them.
Your state’s records duty, met
Florida’s convention checklist, for one, has the promoter supply the record forms, has every artist hand over their copies, and has the promoter keep them “for a minimum of two years after the event”.
Your show’s records stay in your dashboard through the last day your state’s rule names, counted from the last day of your show, filed by artist, ready to download.

Meta ads for the week before your show.
We’re building it: your show’s ads on Instagram and Facebook for the week before it opens, aimed at people in your city and at the people who asked to hear about tattoo conventions in your state, made from your show’s own art. More people at your show means more clients at every booth.

Straight answers
Does my state take a record kept on a phone?
Most states’ rules don’t say what form the records take, Florida’s among them. A few still want ink or a bound book, Tennessee and Hawaii for two. Tell us your show’s state and we’ll tell you what its rule asks before you decide.
What about an artist who isn’t on my list?
Add them in your dashboard and their booth gets its own code. Until then, a client scans the code at the door and types the artist’s full name, and it goes on the record exactly as typed.
Who keeps the records?
Your show holds every record, and each shop gets its own. Each artist on your list downloads their own clients’ signed waivers, and you can download any artist’s in one zip with a spreadsheet of the same records.
What does a client need?
A phone with a signal. They scan the QR code at the booth, sign, and they’re done. Nothing to install and nothing to log in to.
How long are the records kept?
For as long as your state’s rule has you keep them, counted from the last day of your show, and for as long as your account is open.
Tell us about your show.
Your dates, your city and about how many booths. A person reads it and answers within a day.
